This vintage is the result of our will to showcase the mineral content of our land.
During blending, this chardonnay is only composed of stock wines from several years and preserved with the solera process.
These complex wines bring structure and fullness to the wine which does not receive any sugar when it is disgorged. The bottling is carried out in order to have a pressure equal to 4 bars, to reinforce the creamy aspect of the wine.
This gastronomic cuvee is a perfect pairing with Japanese and Nordic dishes whose intense flavours are highlighted by the lightness of the champagne
