Our champagnes reflect their "terroirs". Their character combined with our skill allow us to provide a characteristic and unique range of wines. They all have fruitiness and aromatic finesse in common.

Champagne Iconique

Champagne Brut has been the signature of the House since 1956.

Made with a majority of chardonnay, this non-vintage cuvée is the perfect expression of our terroir as well as the continuity of Jacques Picard style perpetuated for 4 generations.

It is the ideal Champagne for aperitif and to celebrate any occasions.

bright, golden-yellow colour and tiny bubbles

Nose :

delicate, floral and fruity aromas, unveiling notes of agrums, toast and brioche

both freshness and finesse, showing floral and fruits notes

Blend :

60 % Chardonnay, 35 % Pinot Meunier, and 5 % Pinot Noir. Blended with 30% to 40% of reserve wines

Ageing :

Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tank. Ageing for 8 months in tank. Bottles aged on lees for 3 years in our cellar at constant temperature and humidity.

Champagne Réserve

Only made with the "heart of cuvee", it reveals finesse and freshness of chardonnay from our terroir. Extended ageing on lees in our cellar and made with complex reserve wines, it is appreciated by connoisseurs.

Appearance :

bright yellow with golden reflections

Nose :

delicate, floral, gourmet, unveiling aromas of white fruits, citrus, dried fruits and toasty notes

Palate :

marries freshness and complexity, the mouth is fruity, crisp, with a nice length

Blend :

75 % chardonnay, 20 % meunier, 5 % pinot noir. Blended with 30 to 40% of reserve wines

Ageing :

Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tank. Ageing for 8 months in tank. Bottle aged on lees for 5 years in our cellar at constant temperature and humidity.

Champagne Rosé

This Champagne rosé is made predominantly from chardonnay, co-fermented with a small proportion of pinot noir. Pinot noir grapes are vinified with a cold skin contact maceration.
Its vibrant colour, its freshness and fruity notes make this cuvée a pleasant companion to your happiest moments.

Ideal as an aperitif or with food
Fish and seafood tapas, Sushi, smoked salmon, fine Italian prosciutto, grilled veal, as well as agrums and red fruits

Appearance :

Bright pink with slightly bluish reflections, fine bubbles

Nose :

Fresh, fruity and gourmet, revealing aromas of strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, candy. These are followed by exotic notes (pineapple) and hint of lime, brought by chardonnay

Palate :

Fleshy, vinous, shows a great freshness coming from the high proportion of chardonnay. The aromas of freshly picked fruits are fully expressed, with a smooth finish.

Blend :

88 % chardonnay, 12% pinot noir. Included 30% of reserve wines

Ageing :

Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tank. Ageing for 8 months in tank. Bottles aged on lees for 3 years in our cellar at constant temperature and humidity.

Champagne Blanc de Blanc - 270

Its freshness and finesse make this blanc de blancs an excellent drink that is highly recommended for aperitifs. It also accompanies shellfish and fish dishes. Uniquely composed of "coeur de cuvee", it is characterised by the freshness of Chardonnay. Aged for a much longer time in our cellars, it is particularly enjoyed by connoisseurs.

Appearance :

Yellow hue with intense effervescence and a lot of foam when served. Lots of tiny bubbles that create a bright white cordon in the middle of the glass.

Nose :

White flowers and springtime aromas are dominant in this light and delicate nose.

Palate :

Characterized by the freshness of chardonnay, the flavour is balanced by the structured pinot in the vintage. This festive champagne explodes with flavour in the mouth.

Blend :

100 % Chardonnay.

Ageing :

vinified for 6 months in a vat, aged for 5 years on laths with poignetage (shaking of the bottle) during the process.

Champagne Zéro Dosage - Double Soléra

Paying homage to the House's reserve wines, Champagne Brut Nature-Double solera is a rare cuvee created from a blend of reserve wines only aged according the solera method.
More than 20 different vintages were successively added to the blend, its offers a timeless vision of our terroir.

100% reserve wines (75% solera of chardonnay & 20% solera meunier and pinot noir)

Ageing :

Bottles : 4 years on lees.

Champagne Art de Vigne Millésime 2009

Crafted with a majority of chardonnay and a touch of pinot noir and meunier, this cuvée reflects the quintessence of our three terroirs. We make this single-vintage champagne every year to capture the unique characteristics of each vintage. Vinified and aged in oak, bottles are then aged on lees at least 10 years. The citrus is more dominant, red fruits are there along with lots of richness from the barrels and the extended lees aging.

Appearance :

Straw yellow colour veiled in green reflections, white and creamy foam, fines bubbles

Nose :

Elegant and complex, with toast, butter andnutty aromas, unveiling notes of agrums (citrus, grapefruit), red fruits and spices

Palate :

Marries freshness and complexity, both ample and precise showing notes of dried fruits, crisp texture. The finish is long with saline minerality

Blend :

60 % Chardonnay, 20 % Meunier, 20 % Pinot Noir from selected grapevines that are older than 25 years.

Ageing :

Vinified and aged in oak barrels for 8 months. Partial malolactic fermentation. Bottles are aged on lees for a minimum of 10 years in our cellar allowing the development of a complex aromatic range, then rested for a minimum of 6 months after disgorgment

Champagne Champagne "Les Termes"

From a single plot of one hectare of old vines planted with Pinot Noir and Meunier in Montbré, 1er cru
This Blanc de Noirs lets the richness of the terroir and the purity of the wine express itself.


Gourmet and generous, this cuvée is ideal as an aperitif and can accompany poultry, a pan of porcini mushrooms, a sea bass, shellfish.

Champagne Les Champs Renard Millésime 2013

First single-vineyard cuvee of the House, these 100% chardonnay is unique by its origin.
Our plot "Les Champs Renard" is located on a hillside facing east and enjoying optimum sunshine.
Generosity, gourmet and minerality sum up the character of this white extra-brut blanc de blanc.

Dosage : Extra-brut

Pairs with seafood (Saint-Jacques, periwinkle), fish, white meat, white truffle

Ageing :

50% vinified and aged in oak barrels for 8 months & 50% vinified and aged in stainless steel tank for 8 months. Bottles are aged on lees for 5-6 years in our cellar

Champagne Les Bénis

Made from chardonnay from the plot "Les Bénis" in Berru.
Vinified and aged in oak barrels, this refine cuvee is elaborated with no sulphite added.

Vin de Champagne Ratafia Champenois

Chardonnay, pinot noir, meunier

Characteristics :

Liquor made from a 30 years-old Solera : a blend of chardonnay, meunier and pinot noir.
During the ageing process, our Ratafia acquires its sweet taste and bright amber colour.

Alcohol content: 16.5°
